203K FHA loan – Financing options for fixer-uppers and remodels

The 203k FHA streamline rehabilitation mortgage enables borrowers to finance both the purchase or refinance of a home and the cost of the rehabilitation through a single mortgage, with reduced processing and documentation procedures.



  • Up to $35,000.00 dollars for improvements using 110% of the appraised value.
  • Borrower may finance 6 months of payments with available funds.

    • Heating, ventilation, air conditioning
    • Plumbing and electrical
    • Flooring
